- DOD (DOMS) continues to conduct a Domestic Preparedness Training Program for city first responders. 59 of 120 cities have been trained and this program will continue through the end of FY 01. DOD will hand-off this responsibility to the DOJ at the beginning of FY 01 and they will complete the last year of the program.
