When the U.S. Air Force needed an accelerated production schedule for the Airborne Battlefield Command and Control Center (ABCCCIII) for the Desert Storm conflict - we delivered it. The airborne command, control, computer and communications system performed with near flawless execution. Today, the ABCCCIII serves as a 24-hour-a-day nerve center for NATO and UN Forces patrolling the skies over Bosnia. Lockheed Martin team's performance on the ABCCCIII demonstrates our field proven capability to design, develop, and integrate complex software, computer systems, and communications systems that perform in mission critical environments.

The Lockheed Martin team is comprised of operating companies with field proven specialists which match the ABL's battle management, command, control, communications, computers and intelligence (BMC(4)I) mission requirements.

Our Lockheed Martin Tactical Defense Systems' (Eagan, Minn.) legacy is in complex systems integration, communication and computer system interfaces, and in the development of operating systems and application software. In addition to the ABCCCIII system, the company has developed and delivered advanced mission planning systems and produced the B-2 Avionics Control Computer.

Elaborate algorithms form the basis of successful ABL mission execution. Our Federal Systems' (Boulder, Colo.) expertise in developing complex algorithms and applications software capable of supporting multiple tasked sensors is well documented. For nearly two decades Federal Systems has been providing software development for classified and intelligence systems, command and control satellites, and satellite navigation systems technology.

Lockheed Martin Tactical Communication Systems legacy is in secure, rapid transmission rate communication data links. Use of these data links for satellite and air to ground transmissions is part of the experience base this operatintg company adds to the battle management team.

Lockheed Martin is committed to ABL's mission success.
