Para 7.2 Replace evaluation classes B3 and A1 with evaluation classes C2 and B1 respectively.

Para 10.3, 10.3.1, 10.3.2 Replace the content section with:
"The verification report shall describe the TCB whose implementation will be verified. The verification report shall describe and illustrate the techniques and rules used for the evaluation class levied upon the program. The current requirements for the Airborne Laser program are commensurate with a C2 level of protection. This data item shall be used to describe the traceability of the design to the implementation."
