Add the following paragraph:

"4.4.4 Materials used in any manufacturing/production process prior to delivery of the system, to include the following:

- List of chemicals used or intended to be used

- If a reduction program exists, identify chemicals targeted for reduction or elimination and their relative priority

- For Class II ODSs, identify justification for using that product instead of a non-Class II ODS"

BLK 12: Submit an initial draft 45 CD after contract award. For the initial draft, only the information in Block 16, Section I, Overview of Proposed Actions and Alternatives, of the recommended outline, need be provided.



BLK 13: An update to the draft shall be submitted 270 CD after contract award. The final draft shall be submitted 30 CD prior to the Downselect Design Review. Any changes as a result of the Downselect Design Review shall be reflected in a final report submitted 14 CD prior to the EOC.



* Distribution shall be:

(1) Notice of availability for access of electronic version on or before due date to PCO and cognizant IPT.

(2) Delivery of appropriate number of copies to PCO within 3 days of due date.
