1. This index lists current 14th Air Force (14 AF) and 30th Space Wing (30 SW) standard publications and publications that have been rescinded and superseded during the past twelve months. NOTE: This is a combined index for all publications which are currently valid for Vandenberg AFB. Eventually, all of the publications indexedwill be numbered according to AFI 37-160, Vol 6, Numbering Publications, and reaccomplished as 30 SW Instructions, Manuals, Pamphlets, Supplements, etc., or they will be rescinded.
ATTENTION PDO/CARs. Transitioning to a paper-less environment. New or revised 14 AF and 30 SW publications will be available on the Vandenberg Electronic Publications Distribution Library (VEPDL). Publications available on the VEPDL will not be reprinted or stocked at the Publishing Distribution Office (PDO). Paper copies of all new or revised publications will be processed on "Initial Distribution (ID) only." CARs must meet the Publishing Bulletin's (PB) or Base Bulletin's suspense because there will be no stock maintained. Customers needing paper copies of these products need to produce them from VEPDL. Exceptions will be handled through CARs on an individual basis. The target date for discontinuing paper publications is December 1996.

X - Special. The OPR specifies which organizations receive the publication and makes distribution accordingly.
F; X - Functional-Special. User determines requirement (F) and OPR has an additional listing of those recipients which need the publication (X). Any organization which has a means to obtain publications through the functional publishing distribution channels should not be included as an X distribution addressee.
