7.4. Vandenberg AFB functional OPRs keep all or part of those series of publications listed in Attachment 1; however, as these publications are converted and placed on CD-ROM, the Master Publications Library will maintain them.

11. The Master Publications Library, Building 11777, Room A-213, serves the general public.

11.2. The Master Publications Library does not maintain L-distribution publications.
