Dear Mr. Aftergood,

This is a final response to your FOIA request of 17 Nov 10, requesting 
"records that document the response of USTRANSCOM to the Fundamental
Classification Guidance Review to date."  Your request has been processed in
accordance with (IAW) Department of Defense (DoD) Regulation 5400.7, DoD
FOIA Program.

A records search was conducted within this agency and no records were found.
According to records search within our Directorate of Operations, Force
Protection Division, Security Service Center, "no tasker was found from
Information Security Oversight Office (ISOO) due to the fact that no review
was required IAW DoD 5200.1-R under the 5-year review for classification
guides." [emphasis added --SA]

If you are not satisfied with this action, you may appeal to the appellate
authority, the Director of Administration and Management, Office of the
Secretary of Defense.  To submit your appeal, you should write directly to
the Defense Freedom of Information Policy Office, Attn: Mr. James Hogan,
1155 Defense Pentagon, Washington, D.C. 20301-1155.  Your appeal should be
postmarked within 60 calendar days of the date of this letter, should cite
to case number, USTRANSCOM FOIA 11-25, and should be clearly marked "Freedom
of Information Act Appeal."

There are no assessed fees associated with this request.  Since this
completes our action on this request, we are closing your file in this
agency.
