Where the staff met with several officials from an agency or other organization (in some cases, on more than one occasion), only that agency/organization name is provided; the individuals who participated in the meeting are not listed separately. In some cases, components of a particular department or agency are listed separately (for example, the National Photographic Interpretation Center is listed separately from the Central Intelligence Agency). Finally, several individuals with whom the staff met requested that their names not be listed here.
