    February 15, 2001 - U.S. Urges Disarmament Conference to Launch Fissile Material Talk, U.S. Department of State, Office of the Spokesman.  Speaking at the Conference on Disarmament (CD) in Geneva, U.S. Ambassador Robert Grey said the time has come "to demonstrate our commitment to FMCT (Fissile Material Cutoff Treaty) negotiations."

Grey, Jr., United States Representative to the Conference on Disarmament, 31 August 2000 -- The U.S. representative to the Conference on Disarmament (CD) in Geneva says that holding the Fissile Material Cutoff Treaty (FMCT) hostage to negotiations on outer space "is simply a poorly disguised effort to block FMCT negotiations altogether."
