Milligan, Bruce C.
Bruce Milligan spent more than two decades in management and game design positions with a number of companies including America Online, WebTV, Microprose Software, Inc., Ubisoft (in Germany), BreakAway, Ltd. and Big Huge Games.
More recently, Milligan was the lead designer for Code Orange, a simulation created for the Washington Hospital Center and MedStar in Washington, D.C., to help train hospital administrators in the management of mass casualty incidents. He was also the producer and lead designer for Incident Commander (BreakAway, Ltd.), a simulation created for the National Institute of Justice to help train crisis managers in the use of FEMA's Incident Command System. He was a member of the design teams for many successful PC games Rise of Nations (Microsoft, 2003), and Settlers: Heritage of Kings (Ubisoft, 2005), and was part of the design team for the original version of Sid Meier’s Civilization.
Milligan has a B.A. in International Relations from Colgate University.
