Sarji
32°46'N ? 59°35'E ?

According to reports published in Russia, apparently based on information developed by the Russian Federal Security Service, facilities located at "Sarjizi" are involved in the production of unguided missiles.

The NIMA GEOnet Names Server (GNS) is unware of the "Sarjizi" placename, though it does return four hits when queried for "Sarji*" which seems good enough for government work. Under the theory that "birds of a feather flock together" the "Sarji" located at 32°46'00"N 59°35'00"E seems like the best bet since the other places seem pretty far off the beaten path, though this is just a guesstimate.
