(Albright, Tosovsky discussed NATO, economic reform) (150) Washington -- The State Department announced January 16 that Secretary of State Madeleine Albright had spoken with Czech caretaker Prime Minister Josef Tosovsky and the two had discussed NATO membership and economic reform. RUBIN, SPOKESMAN SECRETARY ALBRIGHT CONVERSATION WITH CZECH PRIME MINISTER Secretary of State Albright spoke today with Czech caretaker Prime Minister Josef Tosovsky. Prime Minister Tosovsky told the Secretary that NATO membership will be the top priority of his administration. He also expressed strong support for continuing economic reform measures.
