Raytheon Systems Company, Tucson, Ariz., was awarded on May 14, a not-to-exceed $44,193,255 indefinite-quantity, fixed-price-delivery-order contract for Tomahawk recertifications and related support. These recertifications are being procured for the U. S. Navy (a minimum quantity of 100 and a maximum quantity of 300) and the United Kingdom (2) under the Foreign Military Sales Program.

Work will be performed in Tucson, Ariz. (80%), and Camden, Ark.(20%), and is expected to be completed by August 2000. The primary subcontractors to Raytheon Missile Systems Company for this effort are: Williams International (Walled Lake, Michigan and Ogden, Utah); Lockheed Martin (Akron, Ohio); Rockwell Collins (Cedar Rapids, Iowa); and Litton Guidance and Control Systems (Van Nuys, California).

Contract funds in the amount of $43,486,163 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-99-D-1016).
