    Voyentelekom
    "MOSCOW. Oct 10 (Interfax-AVN) - Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov has ordered establishment of the Voyentelekom federal state-owned federal unitary enterprise, the government information department reported on Thursday.   The enterprise will be set up with the goal to support and develop communication systems of the Russian Armed Forces, other troops, military formations and bodies, the department said in a statement obtained by Interfax-Military News Agency. It will report to the Defense Ministry.   The Property Ministry is instructed to determine a set of federal property not used in the interests of combat readiness maintenance in the Armed Forces, other troops, military formations and bodies that will be transferred to Voyentelekom. In the future, the ministry is to maintain control over the use of the property. It is to coordinate its actions with the Defense Ministry.   The Defense Ministry in cooperation with the Property Ministry is instructed to take legal actions related to Voyentelekom's establishment" (Agentstvo Voyennykh Novostey, 10 Oct 02).
