NSGA Pearl Harbor

N8 is headed by a civilian comptroller who overseeas a staff of three civilians: Budget Analyst, Budget Assistant and Fiscal Accounting clerk. The Comptroller manages and administers funds that are allocated by Commander, Naval Security Group (CNSG).

The staff of N8:
- Prepare and submit NSGA Pearl Harbor's annual operating budget requirements to CNSG;
- Process all training requests;
- Administer reimbursable work orders;
- Manage accounts/contracts with Navy Public Works Center and Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Eastern Pacific;
- Coordinate the command's AMEX program;
- Arrange funding and travel for over 1,200 TEMADD travel requests annually for NSGA Pearl Harbor staff and other Pacific Fleet Cryptologic Commands.
