Immune Attack deals with aspects of the immune system on the whole-cell level and specific sub-cellular structures. Students should already have general understanding of:

• Basic cell anatomy
• Roles and functions of the major organelles
• The nature of the cell membrane and the extra-cellular matrix
• What a cell receptor is and the receptor’s role in cellular communication.
