The game has been successfully tested on a variety of platforms and configurations (including Macs with Intel processors running Windows OS), but we welcome the community’s comments to help us improve our game.  Many of the issues reported below can be traced back to one of three issues:

1) DirectX 9.0c is not installed.

2) The video card is not compliant.

3) Faulty download. THIS IS VERY OFTEN THE PROBLEM! Your downloaded file must be 519 MB. If it is not, download again.

(The video card is usually not the problem.)
