1. How do I download the game?

Go to our Download page, wait for the entire 519 MB file to successfully download and then double-click the Setup.exe file.

2. How do I install the game?

Insert the Immune Attack game into your CD-ROM drive. If the setup program does not start automatically, double-click the Setup.exe file to install the program. Follow the on-screen instructions and allow approximately 10 minutes for the required program files to be copied to your hard disk.

Allow the setup program to install Microsoft DirectX 9.0c unless you are certain it is already installed.

3.     How do I start the game?

Double-click the “Run Immune Attack” icon on your desktop.

4. Is there a way to improve game performance?

Yes, be sure to shut down all other programs – especially those that auto update (like Microsoft Outlook).  And see all the keyboard commands HERE.

5. How do I save the game?

Currently your game cannot be saved, however a user can jump to any game level or in-game cinematic by going to the main menu > instructor menu > and entering the password: abc

6.      Is there a way to skip the videos and voiceovers?

Yes, to skip the videos and voiceovers double-press the escape key or space bar.

7. I am new to playing video games, is there a way to make the game easier to play?

Yes – To modify gameplay go to the main menu > options > and change presets such as speed, damage and sound effects.

8. I am an educator that only has time to focus on a few of the key concepts in Immune Attack, is there a way to jump to just those?

You can jump to any level/key concept or in-game cinematic by going to the main menu > instructor menu > and entering the password: abc. Additionally, the quick start game guide explains the game and what you are learning at each step.

9. How do I minimize the play window?

Right -click on the Immune Attack icon and go to properties. Then copy & paste the following links into the target field:

Minimize:

“C:\Program Files\Escape Hatch Entertainment\ImmuneAttack\Game-r.exe”

Full Screen:

“C:\Program Files\Escape Hatch Entertainment\ImmuneAttack\Game-r.exe” /width 1024 /height 768 /fullscreen

10. How much does it cost?

Immune Attack is free to download for educational purposes.  It is the goal of the Federation of American Scientists (FAS) that both students and educators will benefit from this innovative educational tool. However we do greatly appreciate donations so please Support Our Work!
